Beyond: Two Souls
edit- ... that Beyond: Two Souls, despite being a 2013 video game, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival?
ALT1:... that, while movie scripts are usually around 125 pages, Ellen Page commented that the script for the 2013 video game Beyond: Two Souls was 2,000 pages?- Reviewed: Taunton by-election, 1754
Improved to Good Article status by Prhartcom (talk). Self nominated at 14:26, 30 January 2015 (UTC).
- Comment (from nominator): This is my first DYK. This article became GA January 29, one day ago. Prhartcom (talk) 17:36, 30 January 2015 (UTC)
- Hook is interesting and verifiable, and of suitable length. QPQ is good. Article is neutral, meets required length, and is sufficiently referenced (even though I have some minor issues, such as the Reception section; they are outside DYK, and I'll be sure to bring them up if an FAC is ever opened). Article was promoted to GA on 29 January 2015, within seven days of this nomination (DYK nominated on 30 January). Hook is good; even though I personally prefer ALT1, I think the main hook will be much more interesting for a wider audience. However, I feel the need to re-word it a little. May I suggest:

- Let me know what you think. -- Rhain1999 (talk to me) 10:59, 1 February 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Rhain1999, thanks for the review. I think it lets the air out of it. It accents something other than what we want the reader to focus on. The fewer words also makes the description of the subject less accurate. Can we keep it the original way? I am glad you sided with the first hook. (Thanks for the heads-up about the improvements needed outside DYK, I will look into that.)Prhartcom (talk) 17:45, 1 February 2015 (UTC)
- I don't like "despite being a 2013 video game" in the original hook. It makes it seem that being a 2013 video game is what made it unusual, rather than simply being a video game. I would recommend removing "2013" completely, or if you must have it, put it somewhere else, such as "the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival". MANdARAX • XAЯAbИAM 23:55, 5 February 2015 (UTC)
- Good idea Mandarax, I had been going for accuracy, but I see now this is only the hook; they can find that out in the article. What is your review now? Here you go:

- ALT3: ... that Beyond: Two Souls, despite being a video game, premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival?
- OK, I spent now time checking this since I was asked to check it. It is a GA, promoted to GA on 29 January 2015, (DYK nominated on 30 January) - AND it's neutral, well sourced, QPQ done. Hook is verified - within length criteria; correctly formatted; correctly cited/supported by ref 27 in Development section; (stating that it hs been shown at the film festival, news dated 3 May 2013 - and with the note that will be released for the PlayStation 3 this October) and interesting. Take ALT 3 - no image submitted. (if it is the second or not second it will be revealed in article) Good to go. Hafspajen (talk) 19:13, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
- Hey, sorry for not replying. I realise the review's already completed, but I just wanted to let you know that I agree with all input; thanks Hafspajen for the review. For future reference, you should always ping users if they don't respond. Thanks again, and congratulations on your DYK. -- Rhain1999 (talk to me) 09:20, 10 February 2015 (UTC)
