edit( Back to T:TDYK )
( Article history links: )
- ... that Melchior, Caspar and Balthazar are the traditional names of the Biblical Magi who visited the baby Jesus (pictured) though they are not named in The Bible?

- Starting review: QPQs done.Though the picture does not look very clear at the small size needed for DYK. Two articles are new enough, and big enough. Though I see checking will have to see how much material is taken from Biblical Magi. They are referenced. The hook fact is stated and referenced. The actual reference is off line, but the CNN reference confirms the statement. Copyvio check looks OK. Picture copyright is fine as it is public domain. Good to go. - I have put in a request at Wikipedia:Graphics Lab/Illustration workshop for the image to be enlarged. I do think this hook really should have the picture with it on the main page. If the request is done before the 6th, I'll swap it in. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 10:32, 2 January 2016 (UTC)
