Bobby Dodd
edit- ... that long time Georgia Tech football coach Bobby Dodd called the fumblerooski play when he was Quarterback for the Tennessee Volunteers football team?

- Thanks for reviewing this DYK nomination. I have been working on this article for several months as indicated by the revision history. I have almost doubled the size of this article during this time frame. I was hoping we could wave the 5X expansion rule which may not be possible for this article. I previously added information to this article for the Fumblerooski play referenced in the proposed hook which I thought would be interesting for the readers. Thanks again for your consideration. - Sorry, no--especially since it was already a GA, I don't see how we could waive that. I tell you what, though, I just read the entire article and have a new-found respect for this guy, at the expense of the Bear--coach of my alma mater. Thanks, Drmies (talk) 02:31, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
- Fortunately these two football legends became friends again before Bear died. Thanks again, Mistercontributer (talk) 02:43, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
