New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. Both hooks are interesting; hook refs verified and cited inline. However, there is too much blue-linking in the ALT0 hook; I suggest writing it this way:- ALT0a: ... that Bruce Lewandowski, the incoming auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, worked with the activist group BUILD to create a parish identity card for undocumented immigrants?
