- Comment re photo. Dan, I have removed the image of the comic book cover File:Captain Atom, Atlas Publications, Issue 1, 1948.jpg. It is uploaded under "Fair use" for use in Captain Atom (Atlas Publications) only and cannot be used anywhere else. In Australia "artistic works" with a known creator/author are only in the public domain if the creator died before 1 January 1955. This is not the case here.
