Article is new enough, long enough, adequately sourced, free of close paraphrasing, and has its hook cited inline and verified. While Shake Shack is a fairly well-known restaurant, I'm not sure if it's that famous outside the U.S., so it might be a good idea to either add something else to the hook (i.e. that Carla Lalli Music, who..., was the first general manager at Shake Shack?) or something to that effect. Alternatively, a hook could also be proposed based on her cooking show (Natalie Portman being a guest might raise attention). Also awaiting a QPQ to be accomplished.
