Carlos Rojas Pavez
edit- ... that Carlos Rojas Pavez (pictured), along with José Arraño Acevedo and Miguel Larravide Blanco founded Periódico Pichilemu in 1944, but only managed to publish nine editions?

- Comment: A ninth edition was published in 1949, but because of "low support of the local commerce, and the blind vision of the authorities." Is there supposed to be more to that sentence? If this is the part that's meant to explain why he was only able to publish nine editions, then it should say somewhere around the quoted part that he had to quit.
