Clean Power Plan

- Good to go. New and long enough, QPQ performed, checks for copyvio reveals no problems (e.g. [1]), every non-lead paragraph has inline citations to reliable sources, content in the hook is backed in the article with an inline citation to a reliable source ([2]).
