Clerodendrum bungei
C. bungei in the Nikitsky Botanical Garden
- ... that despite being called Mexican hydrangea, Clerodendrum bungei (pictured) is from China and not a hydrangea? Source: ""Clerodendrum bungei is found in many of China's provinces" ([1])
- ALT1:... that Clerodendrum bungei (pictured), a native of China, has escaped gardens and naturalized in the Southeastern United States? Source: "It is native to China." "It has escaped gardens and naturalized from Texas to Georgia and Florida." ([2])
- Reviewed: Valerian Rybar
- Comment: The Flora of China lists the provinces where C. bungei is native. I thought it would be better to say it is native to all but two than to name 20-something provinces.

Overall: @Surtsicna: I would go for ALT1. No serious plagiarism, though I would reword the last sentence ("Texas to Georgia and Florida") just to be safe. Pending QPQ completion as well to pass. Juxlos (talk) 02:40, 28 April 2020 (UTC)
