- Comment: The Nick Mowbray article was previously deleted (created by a sock farm for pay, moved into draft space for incubation, and deleted in May 2019 as an abandoned draft). I'll try and get my hands onto photos of either Mowbray or the mansion.

- I shall pick up this review: will review all 3 articles within the next day
- Coatesville mansion is just long enough (1522 characters), new enough (created 5 April, nominated 9 April) and article is within policy. Building looks notable as there seem to be many sources about it. Joseph2302 (talk) 16:26, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
- Anna Mowbray is long enough (2459 characters), new enough (created 9 April, same day as nomination), and article is within policy.
- Nick Mowbray is long enough (2049 characters), new enough (created 4 April, nominated 9 April), and article is within policy. There is a small amount of shared content with Anna Mowbray and Coatesville mansion, but both Anna and Nick Mowbray articles have well over 1,500 characters of unique content. So all three are therefore eligible to be bolded hooks (as all are long enough without included the small amount of shared content)
- ALT1 is short enough, interesting (not many people in their 30s buy houses that expensive), is mentioned in all 3 articles and is well sourced and neutral.
- 3 QPQs have been done
- Overall, this nomination passes, congratulations. Joseph2302 (talk) 17:21, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
