  • ... that Cyclone Gati (pictured) in November 2020 was the strongest tropical cyclone to impact Somalia on record? Source: "Tropical Cyclone Gati struck the arid nation of Somalia on Sunday as the equivalent of a Category 2 hurricane with 105 mph winds, making it the strongest storm on record to hit the country." General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
Image: Image is freely licensed, used in the article, and clear at 100px.
QPQ: Done.

Overall: The cited source for the hook in the DYK is behind a paywall but there is an article from NPR, cited in the article itself which isn't. That seems like an odd choice but otherwise the article is well cited, neutral and free of plagiarism. The hook is hooky enough and the QPQ was done. Good work on the article.
