Dortan Massacre
edit- ... that a supposed bandit hive led to the killing of 35 civilians in Dortan?
- ALT1:... that German anti-partisan actions against the Jura Maquis led to the killing of 35 French civilians?
- ALT2:... that the Wehrmacht killed 35 French civilians and then burned the entire village of Dortan into the ground?
- Comment: I am not sure on how to make a "catchy" hook for a war crime, so I am of course open for suggestions and improvements.

- Date and length fine. AGF on offline book sources. I agree, its not easy to make something so dark catchy but generally references to the War do get attention. As such I would say that either ALT1 or 2 would be better, possibly even more if you get the Nazis mentioned in there somewhere. QPQ is not needed as nominator is under the threshold. No close paraphrasing. Pic licence is fine. Good to go. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 21:18, 28 March 2019 (UTC)
