Overall: Thank you for a beautifully-written article - a joy to read. Just a couple of points:
- (1)
Four paragraphs have no citation at the end. Please find citations for those last sentences? - (2)
The citation for the hook does appear in the article, but the wording of the hook (specifically "mascot") does not appear in the body of the article, though it does appear in the header without the citation. Therefore the reader who clicks on the hook will not easily find proof of the hook fact in the article. Please write out the hook in full in the article body, with the citation next to it?
If you could please resolve the above issues, this article should be good to go. Storye book (talk) 10:28, 7 April 2022 (UTC) Storye book (talk) 10:28, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Bigkhrisdogg: can you tackle these suggestions? --evrik (talk) 13:54, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Evrik: @Bigkhrisdogg:
Most ofthe above issues are now resolved. We just have one para remaining, without a citation at the end. If you have no citation for that, you could remove the uncited bit to the talk page until you can find a citation for it? That way it will not be lost. If you can either cite it or remove it, the nom will be good to go.Storye book (talk) 19:24, 9 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Storye book:, looks like the tag was removed. --evrik (talk) 04:03, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
- @Evrik:
As far as I can see from the history, there never was a tag on the end of that paragraph. I've put one on there, in the hope that someone will find a citation, or remove that uncited bit temporarily to the talkpage. This is a really nice article, and I don't want to see it flawed.Storye book (talk) 09:12, 10 April 2022 (UTC) - There is a lot of graualr detail. I found a source for the first half of the sentence :"WRKO Wrestles AIDS". thejeffkatzshow.com.. I do think this can be passed along now. --evrik (talk) 17:58, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
Thank you for the citation, evrik. Sorry, but it doesn't cover most of the uncited section that I was worrying about. Your new citation links to a playbill, which only confirms the title of the event. Other than that, the whole section beginning "A match between" and ending "television taping" remains uncited. I repeat, if you were to move that uncited section to the talk page temporarily until a citation can be found, it would not get forgotten in the article history, and someone may be prompted find a citation for it in the future. The article will not be weakened by its temporary absence.Storye book (talk) 18:37, 10 April 2022 (UTC)
