  • I'll review this one. SusunW (talk) 14:35, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
Moved to mainspace 2 February, nom 4 February - new enough; 2113 char - long enough; neutral; citation missing for "2000 Order of Ľudovít Štúr"; oxygen effect on tumour cells and their sensitivity towards radiation is a direct quote from Women of Wonder and should be indicated as such. No other apparent copyvios. No image. No QPQ but check tool shows this is nominator's first nomination. Hook at 117 char is under the maximum. Is verified and cited in the article, but could be improved, i.e. we don't know that Siracká isn't British, we don't know how long "remained" is. Perhaps something along the lines of "that Slovak physician Eva Siracká founded the League Against Cancer in 1990 and vowed to remain its president as long as Britain's Elizabeth II reigned?" Doesn't have to be that, but I think it's hookier with some context. Please ping me when issues are addressed. SusunW (talk) 15:09, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
@SusunW "that Slovak physician Eva Siracká founded the League Against Cancer in 1990 and vowed to remain its president as long as Britain's Elizabeth II, her contemporary, reigned?"
for some reason I cannt reply in the DYK FuzzyMagma (talk) 16:17, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
FuzzyMagma you are replying on the nomination. You need to fix the citation problems in the article. "2000 Order of Ľudovít Štúr" needs a citation and as oxygen effect on tumour cells and their sensitivity towards radiation is a direct quote from Women of Wonder a citation of that source needs to immediately follow the sentence. The quote should not be in italics, but marked with quotes. Were it me, I'd remove "her contemporary" because it gives away the reason, but we can leave that up to the promoter. Let me know when you have made the corrections to the citations. SusunW (talk) 17:01, 7 February 2023 (UTC)

Done@SusunW I left as italic as it is the (translated) title of her thesis. And I will go with your opinon. I am a novice hooker (lol)

FuzzyMagma your double entendre made me laugh. Still need a citation in the awards section for the Order of Ľudovít Štúr, (or you can just remove it if a source isn't available). SusunW (talk) 17:36, 7 February 2023 (UTC)
