Explosive rat

- Comment: Some stub content existed few years back and was merged without a discussion, I've recreated and rewritten the article with inline refs, dropping most of the old content (half of which was trivia linke) and I think it should be treated as new for the DYK purposes.

- - I agree with the conclusion that this should be treated as a new article (only one sentence was reused, it looks like). Under that assumption, article date and length meet the DYK criteria.
