Both of these hooks are mentioned in the article, and they are supported by reliable sources. The article also satisfies length requirements and seems to be high-quality enough to qualify. I feel like ALT0 is the more interesting hook, here, but I suppose that both of them could be usable. Finally, I don't really think that the image adds to it at all and so I would recommend removing it.
