- Article is new enough, long enough, adequately sourced. Hook is interesting, cited inline, and verified. No close paraphrasing was found, and a QPQ has been done. Image is fine, but I wonder if it this could get more views if a picture of the IL-76 was used instead, but I'll leave that to a promoter to decide. Good to go.
