The article looks really good but the hook is a bit bland, especially considering that the statue once was decapitated by lightning. Maybe you can come up with a hook about that, or something else that's more likely to catch attention? Otherwise: newly promoted GA, neutral, sourced and free from copyvio, QPQ done and free image.
