- Just FYI, I have reviewed the guidelines for DYK-April Fools, and it occurs to me that an amended ALT1 could be a good candidate. I have received over the months several messages from agitated editors who were confidant that the article purported to say that there were three presidents named Harrison–of course there were not, and the article does not say so. Those editors failed in their haste to make the necessary distinction–that some descendants in a family share the same surname and some do not. The feedback has resulted in my having to make the matter clear in the first paragraph of the lead. The hook can be adjusted for April Fools use, if desired, with the coat of arms as a troll:
