Excellent, well researched article. It is new enough and long enough; it has adequate references with no evidence of plagiarism; hook is appropriate length and reference is good. Source is 8 Oct 1911 Oregonian article which requires fee to access, however, I have Oregonian archives subscription so I was able to verify hook info.
