New enough (passed good article review yesterday). More than long enough and well cited. It is well written and neutral. Nominator is exempt from QPQ. Both hooks are properly formatted, short enough, neutral, and backed up by good references. I find ALT1 to be much more interesting than the main proposed hook. Both hooks are good to go, but I suggest that ALT1 be used.
