Humboldt Box
edit- ... that the Humboldt Box (pictured) is a new, futuristic 5-story museum in Berlin that is slated to be dismantled in a few years?

- Length is fine now. This appears to be the user's first DYK, so no reciprocal review is required. (Welcome to DYK!) I've changed "will be" to "is slated to be" in the hook, because one never knows what will happen – the Eiffel Tower was supposed to be dismantled after 20 years! Everything looks fine to me, but most of the references are in German, so I'll leave it to someone who understands German to verify the hook's refs and complete the review. - For the most part, the article is in good shape. The date and length are fine, the article has the minimum citations. The hook fact was not supported by the ref, but I fixed this (along with a few others). I made some other changes, mostly minor, some idiomatic or stylistic, matters of being consistent and such. However, one thing I didn't change was your use of three different date styles. WP:DATES gives some options, but says to pick one and be consistent throughout an article. Other than that, my only issue is one statement that needs a ref. "The Humboldt Box is the brainchild of supporters for a reconstructed Stadtschloss (Berlin City Palace), the old Imperial Palace of Prussian Kings and German Emperors that once stood on this spot." Who are these supporters? What's the concept? It seemed like the main reason for it was to drum up support that might otherwise be flagging for this huge investment (the real project) that some want the city to make. Can you flesh this out and cite it, please? Also, I thought it was rather interesting that the Box's construction is largely of plastic and they have to watch how many people are in it at once, with a max of 700. This would be interesting to add and would make an interesting alternate hook to consider. Marrante (talk) 01:47, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
- Nominator has not edited in several days, so I have worked on the article a bit myself and it is now ready for re-review. Marrante (talk) 11:09, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
