- ... that Hurricane Sandra (pictured) in 2015 was the strongest November tropical cyclone on record in the Northeastern Pacific basin?

- Comment: Multiple records could be used as hook material, but I think the intensity one is the most notable.

- I've altered the nomination, as it was created from a redirect (although it's also now a GA so could have been nominated as a new GA). This doesn't affect the nomination.
New enough (created 10 May, nominated 12 May), long enough and within policy.- Hook is interesting, short enough and within policy.
- QPQ done.
- Image is public domain, used in the article, and looks good at low-resolution.
