John Beaumont, 1st Viscount Beaumont
edit- ... that when John Beaumont, 1st Viscount Beaumont was knighted by the king in 1429, the king was only eight-years old?
- ALT1:... that because of John Beaumont, 1st Viscount Beaumont's loyalty to the Lancastrian king, Henry VI, the House of York declared him to be their mortal enemy?

- Recent GA. Referenced and hook is also cited. No neutrality or copyright issues suspected. QPQ not needed. However, none of the suggested hook flow well. Might I suggest:
- ALT2:... that John Beaumont, 1st Viscount Beaumont was knighted by an eight-year old king in 1429?
- If so, I think another reviewer would need to approve that hook.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 09:18, 5 January 2017 (UTC)
