Overall: New and long enough as a recent GA nomination, article is well sourced covering all material, and a QPQ is done. Please go with the ALT1 hook, as that is more interesting to this article since it relates it back to the ride it's based on. One note, which won't hold up the DYK nom, but many references in the article (including the ALT1 source) have the unnecessary "AMP" in their links.
