Jutta Lampe
... that Jutta Lampe, who was a leading actress at Peter Stein's Schaubühne in Berlin from 1970 for almost three decades, appeared in Zürich in 2009 in Shaw's Major Barbara (pictured)?Source: several

- The pic was now cropped! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 17:19, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
- Interesting, well referenced article, no copyvio obvious. Article was expanded recently enough. Image is PD. GreatLakesShips (talk) 14:43, 8 December 2020 (UTC)
- Returned from prep for a new hook. You have hooky material in the article; you don't have to write a hook just to name-drop. Also, if you can get someone to lighten the image, it may work at thumbnail size. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 17:15, 14 December 2020 (UTC)
- I reviewed now Template:Did you know nominations/John Deats, first article. Should we discuss the image? Because if we use it we should say something about it. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:56, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
- Gerda, I'm not in favor of using the image. The color balance is off. Yoninah (talk) 00:20, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- I must have misunderstood the remark about "lighten". (I was happy when the image was added, showing her "young" face - at age 60 - against the dark outfit.)
- ALT1 ... that Jutta Lampe played Ophelia "as if in trance", directed by Peter Stein, and portrayed male and female roles on a time voyage as the only actor in the premiere of Robert Wilson's Orlando? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:20, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- Nice, thanks. Pinging original reviewer @GreatLakesShips: to review ALT1. Yoninah (talk) 11:45, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- @Gerda Arendt: The new hook is definitely more interesting than the original, but is the Peter Stein part necessary? GreatLakesShips (talk) 14:59, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- His name looks shorter than "Schaubühne in Berlin" for which it stands, evoking a tradition for those who know, also almost all sources say he discovered her, some say he was her husband (others say "partner"), and he wrote wonderful things about her. Why not mention him? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:10, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- @Gerda Arendt: To me at least, it seems odd to mention his name in the middle of the hook out of context. The play that is mentioned in the article was directed by someone else. Or have I just misunderstood something? GreatLakesShips (talk) 16:26, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- No, sorry, my memory was wrong.
