Katharina Magiera
edit- ... that contralto Katharina Magiera, a member of the Frankfurt Opera, has appeared as Lisa, a former SS officer in Auschwitz, in Weinberg's opera The Passenger? Source: [1]
- Reviewed: Lynching of Samuel Smith

- This article is new enough and marginally long enough. The hook facts are cited inline and the article is neutral. The sources being in German, I was unable to assess whether there were any copyright issues. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:25, 10 May 2018 (UTC)
- I can't verify this. The first given source doesn't mention Magiera at all, and the second only says she plays a "Teresa novice" or something. Gatoclass (talk) 12:04, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
- The Frankfurt Opera source (quoted here) says (in the cast, right column) that she is Lisa, and in the text explains: "Lisa, der Frau des frischgebackenen deutschen Botschafters, begegnet bei der Überfahrt nach Brasilien die längst verdrängte Vergangenheit: In einer Passagierin glaubt die einstige KZ-Aufseherin ...", more or less: Lisa, the wife ..., meets her ... past: the former concentration camp officer seems to recognize ...". - I fixed the other source, sorry about that. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 13:03, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
