I loved reading the article! Excellent sources. Why not the Doors'? The first hook seems not exciting, or is it just me? The second is quirky, but low-key. What do you think of using "Morrison [was a blues enthusiast and] proclaimed the final recording session as 'blues day'"? - I was bold and started "Biography", - how about converting to harv? - Revert if you don't like it. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:11, 21 July 2016 (UTC)
  • This newly promoted GA qualifies for DYK on newness and length. ALT1 is much more hooky than ALT0 but not quite accurate according to the Doors FAQ, unless the other source is more specific? Otherwise, I suggest ALT2. The article is neutral and I detected no policy issues. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:28, 4 August 2016 (UTC)
@Ritchie333: If you are happy with ALT2, I can pass this nomination. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:20, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
@Cwmhiraeth: I didn't get the ping and forgot all about this, anyway yes, go with ALT2, I've checked the source and updated the article to follow suit, although the offline source was there earlier (though that might just be a transcription error from that source).
