Mendip Hospital
edit- ... that Mendip Hospital (pictured) in Somerset, England was built for 350 patients in 1848 but was becoming crowded within a few years of opening? Source1: "first patient on the 1st of March, 1848 ... Less than five years after opening, the hospital was already becoming crowded and future extension was foreseen." Source 2 (p6) "Already, by 1850, overcrowding and the need for extensions was foreseen. "

- - not a full review - looking at the article it states "By 1860 the hospital was nearing its capacity of 350" which appears to contradict the hook. Please determine which cours of events is correct (the sources you provide appear reliable), integrate them into the article, and we can then proceed with the review. - I have changed the text in the article from "By 1860" to "During the 1850s" as the sources are not specific about a particular year but all agree "within a few years of opening!.— Rod talk 08:23, 5 March 2017 (UTC)
- - Thanks. The Length, Date, QPQ, and Earwigs all check out. The image is freely licensed and taken by a Wikimedian. The cites for the hook you provided check however the facts referenced in the hook do not specifically appear in the article. If we can get that handled this hook should be good to go. - I don't quite understand. I wasn't aware that the exact same wording needed to be in both the DYK hook and the article as long as the meaning is the same, however I have added "within a few years of opening" to the article.— Rod talk 22:22, 5 March 2017 (UTC)
