Monkey meat
edit- ... that monkey meat is consumed in many parts of the world?

- Article is new enough, long enough, neutral in tone, fully sourced, with no copyvios apparent, the hook is about as short as it can get, is neutral, and probably inteersting in different ways to many people. However the hook fact itself is only mentioned in the lede, and is therefore uncited. No image, and this is QPQ for Battle of Fréteval.
So the only thing that needs sorting is the hook reference and inline citation. On hold until then. Filer notified. — fortunavelut luna 13:40, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
- Seriously??? This is not OR but a basic inference. Don't be dense. Kingoflettuce (talk) 13:52, 2 July 2017 (UTC)

- But I may be wrong, pinging the gurus like Cwmhiraeth The Rambling Man BlueMoonset Yoninah for advice Kingoflettuce (talk) 13:52, 2 July 2017 (UTC)
- In my view, the lead is just summarising the main text of the article, and as that gives a number of cited examples of monkeys being eaten in different parts of the world, that should suffice. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 19:19, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
- @Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi: Can this be closed as a yes? Malinaccier (talk) 06:54, 19 July 2017 (UTC)
- Let's see what we have here. The article is long enough, new enough, has a lot of reliable sources, hook is cited on multiple occasions, no copyright violations detected, is neutral, and layout seems fine. I made an update for Mexico with a few sources I found in Spanish. Feel free to copyedit as you wish. MX (✉ • ✎) 05:49, 28 July 2017 (UTC)
