Nine in a row
- ... that 14 seasons elapsed between the first run of nine consecutive titles in Scottish football by Celtic ending and the second run by Rangers starting – and that was also the gap between its end and the third run by Celtic? Source: Scotland - List of Champions, RSSSF
- ALT1: ... that prior to winning their first of nine consecutive titles in the 1965–66 season, Celtic had not been champions of the Scottish Football League for 12 years? Source: Scotland - List of Champions, RSSSF

- Date and length fine. However @Crowsus:, I am struggling to find the direct hook claim in the article, can you assist please? Also there appears to be a few sentences in the 2nd Celtic run section that appear to be missing some refs. QPQ is done with no close paraphrasing. Ping me when you've fixed it and I can finish the review. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 12:10, 22 May 2021 (UTC)

- @The C of E: Thanks, you're right I don't think I had added the 14-year-gap one specifically – it's now in the lead with the ref from the hook, and I've also added the ref to the 12-year-wait hook mention further down. Could you stick tags on to the unreferenced sentences you're referring to and I'll get them added. Crowsus (talk) 14:46, 22 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Crowsus: Done, some of those sentences I have tagged seem very WEASELy, words like "unprecedented" or "last hurrah" aren't really as neutral. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 15:24, 22 May 2021 (UTC)
- @The C of E: Thanks, have added refs for all of those. Last hurrah has been taken out, I could probably have found something in the refs for that era to give the same analysis but can't be ersed searching them all, agree it's kinda editorialising without a direct quote. Similarly took out the last line about the hypothetical 'next nine', that was just a bit of fun really but instead I've repeated the 14 year fact with the hook ref further up. I've removed the tag on unprecedented, that simply means it hasn't been done before, I agree the term is used lazily in papers for sensational effect where there's something unusual which it is assumed is for the first time but can't be/hasn't been checked; however in this case its a demonstrable fact that achieving more than one treble in successive seasons has no precedent in Scottish football,so it's perfectly legitimate and uncontroversial to use it. - OK, that's sufficient for me to pass this. The photo seems slightly out of place to use (even though it is freely licenced) so might be best not to use it. I would say the article could do with an in depth copyedit too but that's for WP:GOCE not here. Good to go. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 07:45, 23 May 2021 (UTC)
