Article new enough, long enough (1542chars), within policy. Hook is (now) correctly formatted, interesting, and accurate. Hook is cited. But I am unable to view anything on the Ohio DOT website, so it still needs to be checked (reviewer will need a SID reader too) -- Nbound (talk) 22:40, 2 September 2013 (UTC)
