New, long enough, well enough referenced, no copyvio. In regard to the hooks, I strongly prefer ALT1, as it clarifies the building's interesting history. In contrast, ALT0 suffers from the fact that most people probably don't know what the Palau del Parlament de Catalunya even is. Otherwise, this is good to go.
