Panta Rhei (film)
- ... that the film Panta Rhei is about the rhythms of clouds and water because the director Bert Haanstra did not feel ready to deal with people? Source: Documentary: A History of the Non-fiction Film ("In Panta Rhei ... he shows us the movement of clouds, speeded; then rushing water, slowed. As the one dissolves into the other, we sense a surprising identity between their rhythmic patterns. ... Haanstra began with such experiments because—as he later explained—he did not feel ready to cope with people.")

Overall:
The article was new enough when it was first created. The length is more than adequate. Sourcing could have been a bit better. The synopsis is also sourced from the remainder and PhD thesis. I would have preferred
template:sfn with page#s for the thesis given the size (and the thesis was split per chapter). Nevertheless, everything is sourced. It is interesting, however you might want to add a non-free image, because then it becomes clearer for those who don't know Haanstra.
