People of Ditch
edit... that according to the Tarikh al-Tabari, People of Ditch who are mentioned in Quran were companion of Daniel and were burned in the ditch?
- ALT1:... that the story of People of Ditch, mentioned in Quran, occurred in 520 or 523 A.D in the time of Dhu Nuwas, the last Himyarite king?

- This article was created by the nominator in July and expanded five-fold in August. It is new enough and long enough. The article is neutral but the sources are in Arabic or unavailable to me. The original hook is unacceptable because the source is another Wikipedia article. ALT1 is OK and has an inline citation for the hook facts. The article has a copyedit tag but I consider the prose acceptable. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:36, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Cwmhiraeth: I had conversation with the user that put the copy edit tag on the article and I solved the problem. Now, there is not any tag in the article and completely copy editing done.Saff V. (talk) 07:49, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
- Reinstating my tick for ALT1 now that the copyediting issue has been addressed. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:22, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
