- I think the original hook is problematical. I prefer it, but it should say "presumed" extinct. 'One cannot say with assurance that water babies do not exist unless one has seen them not existing.' Otherwise, 5X expansion confirmed. Meets core policies and guidelines. Free of copyright violations or close paraphrasing. Every paragraph is cited.
