- This article is new enough and long enough. I am suggesting ALT1 and ALT2 because neither source nor article states with certainty that this eggshell fragment belongs to a bird. Other than this, the hook fact is cited, the article is neutral and I detected no policy issues. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:06, 30 May 2016 (UTC)
- ALT1 ... that Plagioolithus is thought to be the oldest known fragment of bird egg?
- ALT2 ... that a fragment of Plagioolithus shell is thought to be part of the oldest known bird egg?
