Pleurobranchus areolatus
edit- ... that the closest relative of the Caribbean sea slug Pleurobranchus areolatus (pictured) is Pleurobranchus varians from the central Pacific? Source: See Figure 1 and Figure 34. page 148 in the PDF
- ALT1:... that diketopiperazines isolated from sea slug Pleurobranchus areolatus (pictured) are the first diketopiperazine derivatives isolated from a mollusc? Source: [1]. "To the best of our knowledge, rodriguesic acids 3 and 4 are the first diketopiperazine derivatives isolated from a mollusc." and "The isolation of rodriguesic acid (3) and of the rodriguesic acid hydroxamate (4) represents the first report of diketopiperazine derivatives from a mollusc.".
- ALT2 better wording:... that the first diketopiperazine derivatives isolated from a mollusc are from the sea slug Pleurobranchus areolatus (pictured)?

- (barely) New enough when nominated, long enough, properly cited. QPQ done. No signs of copyvio or bias. I can't get the pdf source for ALT0 to load, and the source in the article is a journal, so AGFing there. ALT1 and ALT2 are likewise sourced to a journal. I don't know what a diketopiperazine is, so ALT1 and ALT2 seem uninteresting to be. However, the original hook seems good in that respect. All three hooks approved, with preference to the original one. Pppery 19:14, 28 October 2016 (UTC)
