Poles in Bosnia and Herzegovina
edit- ... that the writer Maria Dąbrowska reported to the Polish authorities that Poles in Bosnia and Herzegovina lived better than villagers in Poland?
- ALT1:... that Polish colonists introduced synthetic fertilizers and non-food crops into the north of Bosnia?
- ALT2:... that 70 years after repatriation, Bosnian Poles and their descendants maintain certain aspects of Bosnian culture?

- A large number of claims are cited to a Serbo-Croatian article. This is not in itself a problem, but a couple of the facts cited don't appear in this (the claim that "Their number fell to 1,161 by 1953 and further to 609 by 1981." is not substantiated). I think this is just an error with the reference, but I'd like to see that fixed. I don't see any signs of copyright violation, and the hooks are all correctly cited. A small point - File:Nowy Martyniec.jpg seems to have the wrong copyright tag (which refers to photographs, not drawings). Smurrayinchester 15:02, 9 November 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for noticing the problem! The numbers are given by Hoare (page 343), but I somehow forgot to add the correct citation (leaving it instead under another). Can you suggest another copyright tag? Surtsicna (talk) 11:49, 13 November 2015 (UTC)
- Having looked at the picture, I don't think it was made before WWII. Hmm, you might want to ask someone on Commons for advice there. Smurrayinchester 11:23, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
- I will. I have removed it for now. Surtsicna (talk) 15:57, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
- Looks good! (AGF because I don't speak Polish). Smurrayinchester 20:06, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
- @Smurrayinchester: you should provide a review that explicitly confirms that the five main DYK criteria have been met. Yoninah (talk) 23:46, 15 November 2015 (UTC)
- I thought that was assumed but very well: 1 New enough (at the time of nomination it was 6 days old), 2 Long enough (well over 1500 characters), 3 All three hooks are cited. 4 Looks good from a copyright/citation perspective. 5 QPQ done. Smurrayinchester 08:58, 16 November 2015 (UTC)
