- Notability? Right now there is (maybe) one independent source on her. The other three sources are: 1. her author bio for a chapter she wrote in an edited volume, 3. a link to a book she translated, and 4. a link to an organization she founded. The second source may pass, but it also reads like a press release written by the person herself (with a congressional staffer).
