Sacramento Valley Development Association
edit- ... that the Sacramento Valley Development Association built a life-sized bear out of prunes for the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair? Source: "One of the association's special promotional projects which gained brief national attention made its debut at the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition in St. Louis. The "Great Prune Bear", as they called it, was a life-sized bear made entirely of prunes adorned with gleaming teeth and flashing electric eyes, which attracted visitors and photographers from all over." - I will review this one, if it's approved that's certainly a quirky hook ;-) MPJ-DK 03:45, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
- - @Socrates Burrito: - Review time: Long enough, new enough, No actual copyright violations detected by the tool (it hits on the name), Hook is mentioned in the article and sourced directly when mentioned and the source does support the claim. QPQ is done and looks okay to me (short but does check off all the criteria), general Sourcing in the article looks good too. This one passes all the criteria. MPJ-DK 04:00, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
