  • It is good to go but to make it more interesting I would include the war part making it "that at the end of the Franco-Prussian War, Samuel L. M Barlow I settled a dispute concerning a $1,600,000 contract to send arms to France?" It is long enough of an article, the hook would still be under 200 characters, and I'm going to take Barlow in good faith as citing the above fact.--WillC 08:03, 30 August 2015 (UTC)
