- Article is new enough (created on Sept. 6) and long enough at rougly 2000 characters of readable text. Article uses in-line citations and is neutrally written. Each of the three proposed hooks is short enough and interesting. The portion of the hooks having to do with the first unanimous selection is supported by in-line citation to this source. The portion having to do with bypassing the usual two-year wait is referenced to an off-line article from The San Diego Union-Tribune; good faith is assumed by established editor.
