Springdale Cemetery station
- ... that the New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad built a station inside of a cemetery? Source: http://www.tylercitystation.info/stations-sp-su.html
- ALT1:... that Darien, Connecticut was once home to a train station built inside of a cemetery?

- Article was nominated on time and is long enough and free from close paraphrasing. Nominator has only two prior DYK nominations so no QPQ is needed. The hook however may need revising: I checked the source and it confirms that the station was located inside a cemetery; however it makes no mention of the New York, New Haven, and Hartford Railroad being the one who built it. To be on the safe side I would suggest rewriting the hook to simply mention that it was in Connecticut and it was built inside a cemetery, with no mention of the railroad. - @Narutolovehinata5:, A quick response to your concern: If you look at the source, right next to the name of the station is "[NYNH&H, 1898]", which indicates the year (1898) that the station was built and the railroad (New York, New Haven, and Hartford) that built it. Hope that helps. Thank you for your speedy review!--🚂Locomotive207-talk🚂 21:22, 16 May 2022 (UTC)
- The source isn't explicit and the "[NYNH&H, 1898]" thing seems too vague since to me it really only says that they operated the station and it was built in 1898, but not that they built it. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 12:53, 21 May 2022 (UTC)
- @Narutolovehinata5: I suppose. To be safe anyways I've heeded your advice and created an alternative hook. Thank you.--🚂Locomotive207-talk🚂 03:43, 22 May 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you. Approving ALT1 only. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 01:04, 23 May 2022 (UTC)
