Stanisław Dunin-Karwicki

edit
  • ... that the ideas of 17th-century Polish reformer Stanisław Dunin-Karwicki have been both praised as the harbinger of later reforms, and criticized for not going far enough?

  • Article is new enough, long enough, well-sourced, and interesting. Hook is good length and also interesting (I tweaked it a bit). One thing: could you translate the title of the treatise, De ordinanda Republica seu de corrigendis defectibus in statu Republicae Polonae, into English? Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 00:03, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
  • I plugged it into Google Translate, and this is what it said: The Ordering of the Republic – or Reforming the Defects in the State of the Republic of Poland. Does that sound right? Yoninah (talk) 09:37, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
  • Looks good to go. AGF on Polish-language sources. The Latin title that Yoninah inquired about should not affect DYK. --Orlady (talk) 16:10, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
