- Article was nominated on time and a QPQ has been done. The hook is cited inline and cited to an offline source as well as an Indonesian source so AGF. No close paraphrasing found. The hook is a bit clunky for my tastes: I was wondering if it could be split into two separate hooks (one hook solely about the 1% angle, the other about the 25% turnout), as a complicated hook may not be as effective in hookiness compared to simpler hooks, in this case. - @Narutolovehinata5: I feel like they're individually weaker, but I suppose:
- ALT1 : ... that in the 1909 election for the city council of Surabaya, Dutch East Indies, less than 1 percent of the population could vote?
- 25% turnout is probably fairly run of the mill for modern elections in many places, so I think as an individual hook it is weak. Juxlos (talk) 13:10, 5 November 2023 (UTC)
