ALT1: ... that ABC's 1971 television film adaptation of Robert J. Serling's 1967 novel, The President's Plane Is Missing, was postponed until one year after Richard Nixon's 1972 visit to China?
- I am adding ALT1 above and including the other article about the novel and crediting Tokyogirl79. The novel article was created on 22 December, so the nomination should be on-time. George Ho (talk) 08:11, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- I like ALT1. Schmidt, Michael Q. 19:01, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- I added one QPQ for the novel article that I am nominating. --George Ho (talk) 08:16, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
- and I added the second. Schmidt, Michael Q. 00:06, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
- Film: 2857 B - 591 B (copied from Novel) = 2266 B, Article moved from User:MichaelQSchmidt/workspace/The President's Plane is Missing (film) on December 25, 2014. The article copies text from http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0067608/ (close paraphrasing).--Redtigerxyz Talk 09:24, 17 January 2015 (UTC)
- If Redtigerxyz is referring to the cast and crew information, it can be sourced directly to the film itself. If the editor is referring to the brief plot squib on IMDB, his "concern" has been easily addressed in the longer summary in this article. Schmidt, Michael Q. 05:22, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
- The plot copyvio is addressed. "1971 television film adaptation" indicates that the film was released in 1971, which is false. It was completed in 1971. Redtigerxyz Talk 18:00, 25 January 2015 (UTC)
- ALT2: ... that ABC's television film adaptation of Robert J. Serling's 1967 novel, The President's Plane Is Missing, was completed in 1971, but postponed until one year after Richard Nixon's 1972 visit to China?
