Thank you for rescuing/expanding this article. I was just over there the other day. Everything looks good, but please consider making some small tweaks: The sentences about guests at the end of the construction section could probably be moved to the notable guests section. The MNopedia reference has a title, but no publisher, author or date. The sentence beginning "The rooms functioned as a hotel room for the salesman with display area..." could be reworded for clarity.
