- New enough, it's Epicgenius so obviously it's long enough. No policy concerns, no copyvio or paraphrasing issues. I'm quite partial to the original hook as a neat oddity - how many parking garages turn into condos? Hell, how many parking garages are 27 stories? It's more tightly-written than ALT1 IMO, and I just don't find any of the alternatives as snappy. The image is free, used in the article, and looks nice at a small size, so no issues with it.
