Theater am Aegi

- Comment: complicated story, burnt down, threatened with closure, big tour events, perhaps worth mentioning in article and hook?

- Meets criteria (new article, well sourced, etc). The image works well, and I'm fine with the current hook, but "serving mostly cinema" is a little awkward - maybe rephrase it.
